French Twist Tutorial w/French Hairpins

Posted by Aviva Jansen Perea on

I’m going to show you the fastest, chicest way to achieve a French twist using a Gold Power Pin from my brand, Day Rate Beauty. Start by gathering your hair into a pony just above the hairline at the neck. Then with one hand, start twisting the hair into itself holding onto the ends with the other hand. When you get to the end and insert the pin into the top loop, wiggle it (the pin) through until it hits the scalp. Flip it to the side and then scoop it through twist. I like to pull out some face framing pieces and VOILA, a French twist in under a minute.
