Shade guide

Neutral shades, any undertone.

Every shade is a neutral undertone, so whether your hair runs warm or cool, the pin blends in. Choose the shade closest to your color and it should disappear into your hair.

Choosing

I'm between two shades.

Go darker. A pin one shade deeper than your hair reads as a shadow; one shade lighter reads as an object.

Highlights, balayage, or grey growing in?

Match the color where the pin will sit, usually the underneath and ends for a bun, the surface for a half-up twist. Because every shade is a neutral undertone, the closest one will blend whether your color runs warm or cool.

Can I return a shade that isn't right?

Yes. Unworn pins can be exchanged for another shade within 30 days.
